My Review

This fic took me (so far as if of March 23, 2005) the longest to complete.  In the beginning I was interested in writing up the part of Wagner's life where he 'grows up.'  In the beginning of the fic, he's the troublemaker that we all know, but as you read on, he begins to learn and at the end has become a different person.  Mid-way through the fic, college took over and for 5 months I didn't touch the fic...then I updated two chapters...and then didn't touch it again for another 9 months.  I brought it back up February 2005 and managed to complete it a month later.  I recommend this fic to those who are Wagner fans (as some of you know, Wagner is my most popular original character).  This won't be the last time Wagner will be in one of my fics, but whether he will be the main character in another fic is questionable for now.  None the less, I enjoyed the emotion I created in the fic (even made one fan cry, hehe).

Fact: This is the fic that contains my most embarassing typo!  It has been edited in other places, but you can see if for youself here.  It's in the epilogue near the end of the first scene.

Air Force Legacy forces on my original character Scott K. Wagner. You may already know him from other stories like "Street Fighter II V: Resurrection" (the story he debuted in), "Fighter's Legacy," "Life Shall Come," and "Street Fighter: Other Worlds." There will be more original characters here but one other, Liz McCall, will play a big roll in this fic. If you would like to use Wagner in any of your fics, please notify me by e-mail.

Info on Senior Airman Scott K. Wagner:

*Scott K. Wagner is a young Air Force trainee with a horrible past. His family was killed by the madman known as Bison when he was only 11-years- old. After being passed around from foster home to foster home, he winds up in a military academy at age 15, where he meet Colonel William F. Guile (who will then be Major General after the Prologue). Guile sees a strong potential within Wagner and takes him in as his trainee. Now at age 21 as a Senior Airman (one ranking away from becoming Sergeant), Wagner is faced with challenges ahead of him and gets ready for his first real combat.

Wagner's Powers:

When his family was killed, a part of Bison's psycho powers sucked out of him and transported into Wagner giving him super strength. His hands also possess magnetic powers, and he is able to control metal from a distance at his own will and the iron within his opponents. The powers didn't awaken within him until he was 19.

Moves and Description:

*Ultra Break: One of the first powers to awaken within him. He can punch any object and turn it into sand particles when his hand is charged up with energy (yellow sparks surround his hand when he performs this move). In combat, he would only daze his opponent out for a few seconds giving him the chance to strike another move.

*Ultra Magnet: He controls the iron within his opponents, brings them towards him and then follow it up with another move.

*Ultra Slam: This is a military move he learned from Guile. He grabs his opponent, brings them over his head and slams them on the ground. He then follows it up with a move of his own. He quickly straightens up and jumps on his opponent slamming his elbow hard into their abdomen.

*Ultra Shock: Wagner discovered this move not too long ago. He grabs his opponent by the throat and charges his hands with the yellow sparks sending an electric sensation throughout his opponent's body. He holds them for a second and then throws them back to the ground.

*Rising Kick: It's like Guile's somersault shell but instead of flipping once, he flips twice smashing his opponent's face with his feet. This move is Wagner's most powerful.

Super Moves:

*Super Ultra Finish: Wagner charges his hands and throws multiple punches and kicks at his opponent and finishes off with his Rising Kick. His opponents receive 17 hits.

*Super Magnetic Smash: Wagner uses the iron within his opponents and with his hands, he raises them in the air and them brings them over his head and smashes them to the ground four times. Afterwards, he jumps up, grabs his opponents in mid-air, and smashes them to the ground planting his elbow into their abdomen. This move only has 5 hits, but the final blow takes 45% of the opponent's health out of them. This is Wagner's most powerful super move.

Other Original Characters

*Sergeant Liz McCall: A friend of Wagner's.

*Sergeant Jake Katzman: Wagner's friend and bunkmate.

*Chris, Taylor, Ron, and Paul: Wagner's friends from outside the Air Force who are a bad influence.

*General Abraham McCall: The General of the LA Air Force and Liz's father.

*Sergeant Debbie Rodman: Liz's friend and bunkmate.

And of course, the Street Fighters will be part of this fic as well, mainly Guile and Cammy.
